yay!

Thanks to everyones' good vibes, it was a success! My first shawl sample is complete, and the result is uh-mazing, if I do say so myself ;) It's currently on the blocking board, and I hope to share some photos closer to the time when the pattern is ready for test knitting and being published, which I hope is soon! It's just down to finishing touches, little details and photos. I'll also be casting on for another, small size version by the end of the week. I can't contain my excitement-- once this pattern is out there, I'll officially have my foot in the door and will get right to work on more designs! yay! :)
